Reply times
Editorial replies: within 1 working day. Partnership replies: 2-3 working days. Working week: Sunday-Thursday (UAE).
What to include in your message
To help us route and reply quickly:
- For corrections / feedback — the URL or page title you're writing about, plus what looks wrong and what you think it should say.
- For partnership enquiries — your company name, a one-paragraph summary of what you're proposing, and any links to relevant case studies.
- For job listings — the role title, employer, link to the official application, and the closing date if applicable.
- For press — mark Press in the subject and your deadline. We'll prioritise time-sensitive requests.
What we can't do over email
For the avoidance of doubt, our editorial team can't help with the following — please contact the relevant authority directly:
- Visa or immigration questions — contact GDRFA Dubai or ICP UAE.
- Job applications — apply directly to the employer via the link on each job page. We don't process applications.
- Booking confirmations — activity bookings go through the partner's booking page; we don't hold a copy of your reservation.
- Flight changes or refunds — contact the airline directly. Our flight board displays scheduled data only.
