1 · Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2 · Account & access
Most of the Site is freely accessible without an account. Editorial access (publishing offers, jobs, news etc.) is restricted to authorised administrators. If you have admin credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3 · Content on the Site
Content published on Dubinity is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that every piece of information is current, complete or error-free.
- Offers are subject to the issuing brand's terms; always confirm the final price and conditions at point of redemption.
- Jobs are listed in good faith from public sources or employer submissions; verify with the employer before applying.
- News headlines aggregated from third-party publishers link to the original article — we are not the publisher.
- Weather and flights data is provided live by external APIs and may be delayed or unavailable; do not use for safety-critical decisions.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, mirror or otherwise extract content in bulk.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems.
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or harmful.
- Use the Site to spam, phish or distribute malware.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its accounts.
5 · Intellectual property
All original content on the Site — articles, guides, images, code and design — is the property of Dubinity or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws.
You may share a link to a Dubinity page on social media or in email, provided the link includes proper attribution. You may not copy entire articles or images without our written permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos and brand names appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
6 · Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (publisher articles, partner stores, booking pages, social networks). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accuracy. Visiting them is at your own risk.
7 · Advertising & affiliate disclosure
We may display advertising on the Site (including via Google AdSense) and earn affiliate commissions when you click partner-deal links and complete qualifying purchases. Affiliate links are clearly labelled sponsored. Advertising and affiliate income never influence editorial coverage.
8 · Disclaimer of warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
