We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Doctor to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering personalised, patient-centered care and empowering individuals to achieve long-term health through science-backed, holistic treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities Medical Doctor

·      Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, including detailed medical history, lifestyle assessment, nutrition evaluation, and root-cause analysis.

·      Interpret laboratory investigations, diagnostics, and health assessments to develop individualized treatment strategies.

·      Design personalised care plans incorporating medical treatment, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle modifications, stress management, sleep optimization, and exercise.

·      Prescribe medications, nutraceuticals, and supplements when clinically appropriate and in accordance with DHA regulations and evidence-based practice.

·      Monitor patient progress through structured follow-up consultations, reviewing outcomes and adjusting treatment plans to support sustainable health improvements.

Preventive Health & Wellness

·      Support patients in preventing, managing, and optimizing chronic lifestyle-related conditions through comprehensive wellness programs.

·      Provide clinical guidance in areas such as metabolic health, weight management, hormone optimization, gut health, inflammation, longevity, and healthy ageing.

·      Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and sustainable behavior change to improve long-term health outcomes.

·      Collaborate closely with nutritionists, health coaches, and allied healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary care.

Patient Experience

·      Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalised, and relationship-focused care.

·      Build long-term therapeutic relationships based on trust, education, and continuous support.

·      Guide patients through their wellness journey, ensuring continuity of care and regular progress reviews.

·      Encourage patient engagement and adherence to personalized wellness programs.

Clinical Governance & Quality

·      Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with DHA and NABIDH requirements.

·      Ensure all clinical decisions, prescriptions, investigations, and treatment recommendations align with current evidence-based guidelines and regulatory standards.

·      Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices.

·      Stay current with emerging research and innovations in Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Precision Medicine, and Longevity Science.

Qualifications & Experience

·      MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.

·      Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a General Practitioner or Specialist.

·      Certification or formal training in Functional Medicine (IFM or equivalent) is highly preferred.

·      Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or related specialties.

·      Experience within a wellness, longevity, or preventive health practice will be highly regarded.

·      Strong understanding of nutrition, nutraceuticals, functional laboratory interpretation, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

·      Excellent communication, patient education, and relationship-building skills with a strong patient-first mindset.

·      A collaborative approach and genuine passion for preventive, personalized, and whole-person healthcare.
