Technical / Admin Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator with an Civil engineering background to support the successful execution of engineering and technical projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, maintain technical documentation, monitor project schedules, and facilitate communication between engineers, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate technical and engineering activities across multiple projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, reports, drawings, and project records.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Monitor project timelines, technical submissions, and approvals.
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and provide project status updates to management.
• Support site teams with documentation and coordination requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering civil / arcthetcure or a related technical field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project coordination, engineering support, or technical administration is preferred.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
